VELES recorded their first demo, 'The Triumph Of Pagan Beliefs', in 1994 utilizing members of the band LEGION as session musicians. LORD WIND and GRAVELAND's Darken features on the album 'Night On The Bare Mountain'. After the 1996 album VELES alledged that Bealphares had died. His replacement was Lupus of GROMOWLADNY.
